From following instructions to building an original idea

Blokify gives young makers two ways to begin: follow blue guide blocks through a model or open free play and create without a blueprint.

What children can do

Create, inspect, revise, and make

Learn the controls

Guided builds place instructions inside the 3D playfield, showing what comes next.

Make original models

Free play supports open-ended building with the same block-placement tools.

Continue off-screen

STL and OBJ export make it possible to prepare a finished model for a compatible 3D printer.

Try it together

Ask questions that keep the child designing

  • What are you trying to make this part do?
  • What changes when you rotate the model?
  • Which part would you improve if you had five more blocks?
  • Can you build a second version using fewer colors?
  • How would you explain the model to another builder?

Sharing and printing

Know where the model goes next

Blokify includes a community gallery for shared creations. Before sharing, help young builders choose what they want to publish. Printing is a separate workflow: export the model, inspect it in slicing software, and follow the printer manufacturer’s guidance.
