From screen to shelf

Turn a block-built idea into a 3D-printable file

Blokify exports STL and OBJ files. From there, use the slicer, printer, and material that fit your equipment and project.

The workflow

Design, export, slice, print

1. Build

Create a connected model in guided mode or free play. Look at it from every side before exporting.

2. Export

Save the model as STL for common printing workflows or OBJ when your next tool needs that format.

3. Prepare

Open the file in slicing software, confirm scale and orientation, choose printer settings, and inspect the preview.

A practical export checklist

  • Check that every intended part of the model is connected.
  • Confirm dimensions and scale in your slicer.
  • Inspect overhangs and add supports when your slicer recommends them.
  • Use settings appropriate for your printer and material.
  • Follow the printer manufacturer’s operating and supervision guidance.
